• You're responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

When you submit mandir details, reviews, or other content through MandirBharat.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, edit, and publish that content on the site. All submissions are subject to admin approval before appearing publicly, and we reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion.

Puja and tour bookings made through MandirBharat.com are coordinated with the relevant mandir, priest, or tour operator. While we facilitate the booking process, the actual service (the puja performed, the tour conducted) is delivered by that third party, and is subject to their availability, timings, and conditions. Please review booking details carefully before confirming payment.

• Submitting false, misleading, or defamatory information about a mandir or individual.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the site's security or functionality.
• Scraping or bulk-copying content without permission.
• Using the site for any unlawful purpose.

The MandirBharat.com name, logo, and original content (excluding user submissions and third-party embeds) are our property or used under license. You may not reproduce or redistribute site content without permission.

MandirBharat.com embeds third-party content such as YouTube live darshan streams and map data, and links to official mandir websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these third-party sources.

MandirBharat.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep mandir information, timings, and listings accurate and current, but we don't guarantee completeness or accuracy — always verify critical details (like darshan timings) directly with the mandir before travelling.
